Complete the RALI questionnaire to get your free leadership profile score

You are about to start your RALI journey, please read the following instructions before you move on

• To compete in RALI, you will be asked 38 questions, which will take approximately 8 minutes to complete.
• These will focus on how often you demonstrate future capabilities and experience required as an aspiring or accomplished leader of the future.
• It is important that you answer all questions as truthfully as possible – all questions must be answered.
• Your answers will always be kept confidential and no one will have access to these (except for the RALI team).
• When completing the questionnaire, you will be shown a scale to indicate frequency where 1 is never and 6 is very frequently
• Please work through the questions quickly and base responses on your first instinctive view, as these are usually the most valuable.
